Core Characteristics LF-71G is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) paste resin produced by Langhui, with two defining performance advantages: • High polymerization degree: The higher molecular weight endows the finished product with excellent mechanical strength, tear resistance and durability, allowing it to maintain stable performance under long-term stretching and friction. • Low paste viscosity: The resin has good dispersion in plasticizers, and the prepared paste has low viscosity and good fluidity, which is conducive to processing and molding, and is not easy to produce defects such as bubbles and uneven thickness. 2. Typical Applications Its balanced performance makes it very suitable for dipping molding processes, and the main application scenarios are: • Industrial gloves: It can meet the needs of heavy-duty work protection, and the produced gloves are tough, wear-resistant, and have good chemical barrier properties, which are suitable for manufacturing labor protection gloves in industries such as chemical engineering, manufacturing, and logistics. • Medical gloves: It can be used to produce disposable or reusable examination and protection gloves, which is compatible with conventional disinfection and molding processes, and meets the basic performance requirements of elastic fit and puncture resistance for medical protective products. 3. Supplement to General Properties As a conventional paste resin for dipping processing, LF-71G usually also has the following general properties: • Good film-forming ability after heating and gelatinization • Excellent compatibility with common plasticizers and additives • The finished product has good elasticity and soft hand feel, which can adapt to different product thickness requirements.
