1. Product Introduction
PB1156 is high-standard premium grade EPVC emulsion PVC resin, featuring moderate plastisol viscosity, excellent processing stability and low viscosity number. It achieves zero sieve residue, ultra-low volatile matter, extremely few impurity particles and low residual vinyl chloride monomer. With outstanding thermal whiteness and fine white powder appearance, it ensures smooth film formation, stable continuous production and flawless finished surface quality. Widely applied in conventional paste formulas, artificial leather, fabric coatings and general soft PVC paste products, it owns excellent batch consistency and reliable environmental safety performance.
