Formolon PR-440 is a high-performance medium molecular weight PVC paste resin produced by Formosa Plastics Corporation. It is a low-to-medium viscosity homopolymer grade specially designed for plastisol processing systems. This product features excellent transparency, outstanding thermal stability, good water resistance and superior weather resistance.

Processing & Application

Formolon PR-440 is designed for general and high-grade plastisol applications. Under standard mixing conditions (resin 100 phr, DINP 60 phr, mixed 5 min at low speed and 15 min at high speed), it provides stable viscosity and good flowability. After aging 2 hours at 25℃, the plastisol maintains ideal processing performance.
