1. Product Introduction
Formolon PR-450 is a low-molecular-weight PVC homopolymer paste resin designed for excellent foaming performance. It features moderate Brookfield viscosity, outstanding foam cell structure, stable plastisol property, and good air release. This grade is specially developed for chemical foaming applications, delivering uniform cells, smooth surface, high stability, and easy processing. It is widely used in floor coverings, wall coverings, foam sheets, casting leather, automotive accessories, and other foam‑required PVC products.
