1. Product Introduction
BILLIONS™ BLR-698 is sulfate-process rutile titanium dioxide with zirconia-alumina composite inorganic coating plus organic surface modification. It boasts ultra-excellent dispersion performance, and can deliver outstanding hiding power and high gloss effect in both waterborne and solvent-based coating systems. The optimized Zr-Al double coating structure endows the pigment excellent outdoor weather resistance, making it a universal multi-purpose pigment suitable for indoor & exterior architectural paints, industrial coatings and printing inks.
