1. Product Introduction
SG-5 is medium molecular weight suspension-polymerized polyvinyl chloride homopolymer with K value 66~68, viscosity number 107~118, average polymerization degree around 1000. It balances mechanical rigidity and melt fluidity, with low impurity content, low residual VCM and outstanding thermal stability. It is the universal rigid PVC base resin for construction extrusion and calendering products.

1. Moderate molecular weight achieves perfect balance of hardness and processability, easy extrusion on twin-screw equipment with low energy consumption.

4. High apparent density improves single-extrusion output and reduces dust flying during mixing.
5. Excellent thermal stability, less yellowing under long high-temperature processing, stable white finished appearance.
6. Moderate plasticizer absorption, compatible with calcium/zinc and lead stabilizer systems for rigid formulations.

5. Packaging & Storage Instructions
Standard Package: 25kg moisture-proof composite paper bag
Storage Conditions: Keep warehouse dry, cool and ventilated, avoid rain, moisture and direct sunlight. Seal bags after opening to prevent agglomeration caused by moisture absorption. Shelf life under proper storage: 2 years. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.
