CR-211 Chloride Process Rutile Titanium Dioxide with High-Temperature Resistance and Ultra-High Rutile Purity

CR-211 is high-performance rutile titanium dioxide manufactured by chloride process with alumina inorganic coating plus organic surface modification. Its customized surface treatment delivers outstanding high-temperature resistance and anti-degradation performance, specially developed for polycarbonate and polyester engineering plastic systems. It features cool blue undertone, ultra-high rutile purity, excellent hiding power, superior tinting strength and outstanding dispersion compatibility with various polymer resins, ideal for high-temperature processing engineering plastics and special color masterbatch.

1. Ultra-high rutile content up to 99.9%, extremely low impurity ions, effectively suppress PC degradation and yellowing under high-temperature extrusion & injection molding.
2. Alumina & organic composite surface treatment brings excellent heat resistance, stable color retention at long-term processing temperature above 280℃.
3. Low oil absorption of 14.0g/100g, great fluidity and easy dispersion in PC, PET, PA, ABS and polyolefin resins, shortens twin-screw mixing cycle.
4. Cool blue undertone with low b* value, finished plastic products show bright clean pure white tone without yellow phase.
5. Extremely low volatile content avoids bubbles, pinholes and silver streaks during high-temperature plastic melting processing.

Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep away from moisture, high temperature and direct sunlight. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Wear protective gloves, safety goggles and safety shoes during feeding and mixing to reduce dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush with plenty of clean water immediately; clean skin thoroughly after direct contact with powder.
