Yibin Tianyuan TYR-588 Chloride Process Rutile Titanium Dioxide with Zr-Al Coating for Ultra-High Brightness

TYR-588 is multi-functional rutile titanium dioxide manufactured by chloride process with customized Zr-Al composite inorganic coating and organic surface treatment. Precise particle size control and narrow particle distribution endow it cool blue undertone, ultra-high brightness, outstanding weather resistance and universal dispersibility. It can cover coating, printing ink and plastic production demands simultaneously, helping customers reduce raw material inventory varieties and comprehensive costs.

• Zirconia-alumina double inorganic coating forms dense UV shielding layer, excellent long-term outdoor durability, effectively prevent coating film chalking, fading and discoloration.
• Cool blue undertone with low b* value, high L* brightness, finished coatings and plastic products show clean pure white without dull yellow phase.
• Ultra-low 45μm sieve residue effectively eliminate surface speckles, pinholes and particle defects of paint, ink and plastic products.
• Superior high-speed dispersibility ≤25μm, fast wetting and grinding without agglomeration, greatly improve production efficiency of sand mill and twin-screw extruder.
• Moderate oil absorption value with wide compatibility, matching water-based, solvent, powder coating and all kinds of printing ink, engineering plastic resin systems.
• Low volatile and soluble impurities, avoid silver streaks, bubbles and pinholes during high-temperature baking and extrusion molding.

Store in dry, ventilated warehouse, classify and stack by batch number to avoid cross-contamination. Place goods on pallets or plastic sheets, strictly prohibit direct contact with ground to prevent moisture absorption. Keep away from direct sunlight and rain; forbid mixing with reactive chemical substances. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Handle with care during loading, unloading and transit, prevent packaging breakage and dust leakage.

This product is non-toxic. If dust is inhaled, move to well-ventilated area immediately. In case of eye contact, continuously flush with plenty of clean water; seek medical treatment if discomfort persists. For complete hazard control and emergency measures, refer to official MSDS document.
