1. Product Introduction
GR-901 is high-purity chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide independently developed by Bengbu Sinati Materials. Adopting precise high-temperature oxidation and Zr-Al composite inorganic coating plus organic surface modification technology, the product features ultra-high rutile purity, ultra-high tinting strength, high whiteness, low oil absorption, narrow particle size distribution and excellent comprehensive dispersibility. Low yellow phase b* value delivers clean cool blue undertone; stable high resistivity meets the requirements of engineering plastics, high-temperature masterbatch, high-gloss coatings and printing ink systems with strict anti-yellowing and processing performance demands.

1. Ultra-high rutile content 99.8% and TiO₂ purity 95.56%, extremely low impurity ions, effectively suppress plastic yellowing and degradation under long-term high-temperature extrusion/injection molding.
2. Ultra-high Reynolds tinting strength up to 2126, outstanding hiding power, reduce pigment addition to cut formula cost significantly.
3. Low oil absorption 16.8g/100g, good fluidity in resin melt, lower system viscosity, save plasticizer/solvent consumption, improve twin-screw mixing efficiency.
4. Ultra-low b* value 0.96, cool blue undertone with L* up to 99.23, finished products show bright pure white without dull yellow tone.
5. High water extract resistivity 14.96 KΩ·cm, stable electrical performance, suitable for electrical plastic parts and electrophoretic coating raw materials.
6. Ultra-low 325 mesh sieve residue ≤0.01%, minimal surface speckles, pinholes and particle defects for coatings, ink and plastic products.
7. Low volatile content 0.30%, avoid silver streaks, bubbles and flow marks during high-temperature processing.

Storage Requirements
Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, separate stacking by batch number to avoid cross-contamination. Place goods on pallets to prevent ground moisture absorption, stay away from rain, direct sunlight and high-temperature heat sources. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent powder agglomeration; adopt first-in first-out inventory management.
Operation Safety
Wear dust mask, protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to reduce dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with plenty of clean water; thoroughly wash skin with soap after direct contact with titanium dioxide powder. Refer to official MSDS for complete safety operation regulations.
7. Quality Statement
This batch is trial production finished product, tested with reference sample 202509021004 in accordance with GB/T 1706-2006 and enterprise standard Q/GT001-2025, all test indicators meet the standard requirements. All data are authentic laboratory inspection results for reference only, not binding product warranty. Actual processing performance is affected by resin type, processing temperature, stabilizer and filler formula. Small batch trial test is strongly recommended before mass production.
