CPM-31 is medium-high molecular weight micro-suspension PVC paste resin. It features moderate average polymerization degree 1200–1400, ultra-low impurity particles, extremely fine scraper fineness and excellent thermal whiteness. The resin has low volatile content and ultra-low sieve residue, with stable plastisol fluidity and small viscosity thickening rate during storage. It is widely used for rotational molding toys, artificial leather, floor leather, conveyor belts, dipping coatings and plastisol printing ink.

• Ultra-low impurity particles ≤20 pcs, zero residue on 250μm screen, greatly reduce surface speckles and coarse particles of coated products.
• Superfine scraper fineness ≤40μm, plastisol forms smooth film without graininess, suitable for high-gloss and thin-layer coating.
• Thermal whiteness up to 95%, outstanding anti-yellowing performance under high-temperature gelation, suitable for bright white and light-colored finished goods.
• Low volatile content ≤0.38%, effectively avoid bubbles, pinholes and fogging defects during heating and molding.
• Residual VCM ≤10μg/g, meets environmental protection and export product standards.
• Moderate bulk density 0.2–0.4 g/ml, fast wetting and mixing with plasticizers, uniform plastisol without agglomeration.

Storage Requirements
Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep packaging tightly sealed after opening to prevent moisture absorption causing plastisol viscosity drift. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature heat sources; implement first-in first-out inventory management.

Operation Safety
Wear dust mask, rubber protective gloves and chemical safety goggles during feeding and mixing to prevent PVC dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with plenty of clean water; wash contaminated skin thoroughly with soap.

All technical indicators comply with GB/T 15592-2008 national standard, all listed limits are factory control specifications for reference only, not legally binding acceptance criteria. Actual processing performance is affected by plasticizer proportion, mixing process and storage environment. Small batch plastisol trial preparation before mass production is highly recommended to verify formula adaptability.
