PR-450 is medium-low polymerization degree micro-seed emulsion paste PVC homopolymer developed by Formosa Plastics. It features stable moderate plastisol viscosity, ultra-low impurity particles, minimal volatile content, ultra-low residual VCM and excellent thermal whiteness. The 24-hour paste thickening rate is only 23.7%, with outstanding storage stability, good defoaming & demolding performance and superior foaming elasticity. It is the core universal grade for chemical foaming products, widely used in foamed leather, wallpaper, rotational molding toys, dipping gloves and automotive coating materials.

• Ultra-low impurity particles only 3pcs/576cm², zero residue on 250μm screen, completely eliminate coarse particles and surface speckles of coated/foamed products.
• Extremely low residual VCM 0.08μg/g, far below national standard limit, meets medical-grade, food-contact and export environmental protection requirements.
• Low volatile content 0.24%, effectively avoid bubbles, pinholes and fogging defects during high-temperature gelation and foaming molding.
• Superfine scraper fineness 36μm, plastisol forms ultra-smooth thin film without graininess, suitable for high-gloss surface layer products.
• Low 24h thickening rate 23.7%, excellent viscosity stability during long-term plastisol storage, no sudden thickening affecting continuous production.
• Thermal whiteness up to 85.9, excellent anti-yellowing performance, ideal for bright white, light-colored foamed leather and decorative products.
• Neutral weak acid water extract pH 6.4, stable compatibility with calcium-zinc environmental stabilizer systems, no corrosion to production equipment.

Storage Requirements
Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humid environment. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption causing plastisol viscosity drift. Implement first-in first-out inventory management.

Operation Safety
Wear dust mask, rubber protective gloves and chemical safety goggles during feeding and mixing to prevent PVC dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with plenty of clean water; wash contaminated skin thoroughly with soap and clean water.

This batch PR-450 paste PVC resin complies with Q/NPVC02-2023 enterprise standard, all test indicators reach Superior Class (M usage grade) requirements, the inspection result is qualified. All data are authentic laboratory test values generated by factory LIMS system for reference only, not legally binding product warranty. Actual processing performance is affected by plasticizer proportion, stabilizer formula, mixing process and storage environment. Small batch plastisol trial preparation before mass production is highly recommended to verify formula adaptability.
