LF-71G Paste PVC Resin with High Polymerization Degree 1700±100, Low Residual VCM ≤5μg/g, and High 49μm Mesh Pass Rate ≥99%

LF-71G is high molecular weight micro-suspension paste PVC resin. With average polymerization degree 1700±100, it balances excellent tensile strength, tear resistance and low plastisol viscosity. The product features ultra-low residual VCM, few impurity particles, high 49μm passing rate and stable thermal whiteness. Its low alcohol extract content and controlled water extract pH ensure stable compatibility with environmental calcium-zinc stabilizers, specially developed for medical and industrial disposable PVC dipping gloves.

1. High polymerization degree 1700±100, finished gloves possess outstanding tensile strength, tear resistance and soft hand feel, not easy to crack during wearing.
2. Low controllable plastisol viscosity 3500±1500 mPa·s, good fluidity for dipping process, uniform glove wall thickness without sagging.
3. Residual VCM ≤5.0μg/g, meets medical hygiene standards, safe for direct skin contact.
4. Only ≤20 impurity particles, high 49μm mesh passing rate ≥99%, effectively eliminate pinholes, speckles and thin-wall leakage of gloves.
5. Thermal whiteness ≥76, less yellowing after high-temperature gelation, clean and bright glove appearance.
6. Low alcohol extract ≤4.0%, stable pH below 9.0, compatible with various environmental stabilizer systems, no precipitation during long-term plastisol storage.

Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, keep away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humid ground. Seal packaging tightly after opening to avoid moisture absorption causing plastisol viscosity shift. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Wear dust-proof mask, rubber protective gloves and chemical safety goggles during feeding and mixing to prevent PVC dust inhalation. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with plenty of clean water; wash contaminated skin thoroughly with soap.

All listed indicators are factory standard control values for reference only, not legally binding acceptance criteria. Actual dipping performance is affected by plasticizer ratio, stabilizer formula, mixing technology and production temperature. Small batch plastisol trial dipping test before mass production is highly recommended to verify product adaptability.
