MP-1300L(B) Paste PVC Resin with Medium Polymerization Degree 1300±100, Low Residual VCM ≤10μg/g, and Wide Viscosity Adjustment Range 1500~6500 mPa*s

MP-1300L(B) is medium molecular weight micro-suspension paste PVC resin with average polymerization degree 1300±100. It features wide controllable range of plastisol Brookfield viscosity, few impurity particles, low volatile content and ultra-fine particle size with high 49μm mesh passing rate. The resin has low residual VCM, good plasticizer wetting performance and stable coating fluidity, suitable for foamed artificial leather, casting toys, conveyor belts, dipping coatings and general plastisol processing products.

1. Medium polymerization degree 1300±100, balanced film tensile strength and plastisol fluidity, adaptable to coating, casting and foaming processes.
2. Wide viscosity adjustment range 1500~6500 mPa·s under standard plastisol formula, flexible formula matching for different construction speed demands.
3. Impurity particles controlled below 20 pcs, 49μm mesh passing rate ≥99%, effectively eliminate surface speckles, pinholes and coarse grain defects of finished products.
4. Volatile matter ≤0.50%, reduce bubbles and fogging during high-temperature gelation and foaming molding.
5. Residual VCM ≤10μg/g, meet general export and environmental protection standards, low irritation for skin-contact products.
6. Scraper fineness ≤100μm, plastisol forms smooth and uniform film without granular sensation, ideal for thin-layer coating production.

Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humid ground. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption causing plastisol viscosity fluctuation. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Wear dust-proof mask, rubber protective gloves and chemical safety goggles during feeding and mixing to avoid PVC dust inhalation. If powder splashes into eyes, flush continuously with plenty of clean water; wash contaminated skin thoroughly with soap.

All listed technical parameters are factory typical control values for reference only, not legally binding acceptance standards. Actual processing viscosity and molding performance will be affected by plasticizer proportion, mixing process and storage temperature. Small batch plastisol trial preparation before mass production is recommended to verify formula adaptability.
