BR-767 Rutile Titanium Dioxide TiO2 Pigment with Si-Al Composite Coating, High Rutile Conversion ≥98.5%, and 0.22-0.28μm Particle Size

BR-767 is universal rutile titanium dioxide pigment treated with silicon & aluminum inorganic coating plus organic surface modification. It owns balanced particle size distribution of 0.22–0.28μm, featuring outstanding whiteness, excellent optical performance, strong hiding power and superior weather resistance. With low volatile content, good water resistance and stable pigment properties, it is a multi-purpose general-grade TiO2 widely compatible with plastic, coating, rubber, masterbatch and papermaking systems.

1. Si-Al composite inorganic coating + organic surface treatment, excellent dispersion in solvent and water-based systems, no agglomeration during mixing.
2. High rutile conversion rate ≥98.5%, great UV shielding and long-term outdoor weather resistance, less fading and chalking.
3. Moderate particle size 0.22–0.28μm, balanced gloss and hiding power, bright white tone for light-colored products.
4. Low water-soluble substances and stable aqueous extract resistivity, compatible with various stabilizers and fillers without flocculation.
5. Low sieve residue ≤0.05%, few coarse particles, smooth surface of finished plastic, coating and paper products.
6. Low moisture absorption volatility after humidity storage, stable processing performance under high-humidity production environment.

Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, isolate from rain, moisture and direct sunlight. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management.

Wear dust-proof mask, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to avoid long-term inhalation of titanium dioxide dust. If powder splashes into eyes, continuously flush eyes with plenty of clean water; thoroughly wash contaminated skin with soap and running water.

All listed technical indicators are factory internal control specifications for reference only, not legally binding acceptance criteria. Actual pigment performance will be affected by formulation ratio, mixing equipment and storage environment. Small batch trial test before mass production is highly recommended to verify product adaptability.
