R-5566 is general-purpose rutile titanium dioxide treated with silicon-aluminum inorganic coating plus organic surface modification. It features high rutile crystal content, high brightness, excellent tinting strength, low oil absorption and superior dispersibility. With low volatile content, high water extract resistivity and few coarse particles, it owns balanced comprehensive pigment performance, widely applicable to coatings, plastics, rubber and ink industries.
Keep stored in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid rain, dampness and direct sunlight. Seal bags tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder caking. Follow first-in first-out stock management.
Wear dust-proof masks, rubber gloves and safety goggles when feeding and mixing to avoid inhalation of titanium dioxide dust. If powder splashes into eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water; wash contaminated skin with soap and running water.
