1. Product Introduction
R6668 is sulfate-process rutile titanium dioxide with Zr-Al composite inorganic coating and special organic dispersant modification. It features moderate & uniform particle size distribution, cool blue undertone, excellent dispersibility, ultra-high whiteness and outstanding hiding power. Formulated specially for high-gloss coating and ink systems, it delivers low grinding viscosity, smooth film surface and stable color tone, widely applied in color paste, color chips, tin printing ink, coil coating and woodware paint industries.

5. Ultra-low 45μm sieve residue, eliminate pinholes and speckles on ink and coating film surface.

6. Storage & Operation Safety Guidance

Storage Requirements
Store products in dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse, avoid dampness, rain and direct sunlight. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Implement first-in first-out inventory management.

Operation Safety
Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to avoid inhalation of titanium dioxide dust. If powder splashes into eyes, continuously flush eyes with plenty of clean water; thoroughly wash contaminated skin with soap and running water. Complete MSDS document is available upon customer request.

7. Quality Statement

Actual product performance will be affected by formulation ratio, grinding equipment and storage environment.
