BILLIONS™ R-996 is a versatile high-durability rutile titanium dioxide produced by sulfate process with zirconia-alumina composite inorganic coating and organic post-treatment. Precise particle size control during manufacturing endows the product with excellent brightness, ultra-high hiding power and outstanding easy dispersibility. It delivers stable pigment performance, balanced gloss and superior outdoor weather resistance, widely compatible with all types of industrial coating, powder coating and indoor & exterior architectural coating systems.

6. Storage & Operation Safety Guidance

Storage Requirements

Store indoors in dry, constant-temperature warehouse; avoid outdoor stacking, extreme temperature and moisture erosion. Adopt first-in first-out inventory management to guarantee stable pigment performance. Seal bags tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration.

Operation Safety

Follow standard industrial hygiene specifications to minimize dust generation during feeding and mixing. Wear dust respirator, rubber gloves and safety goggles to avoid long-term inhalation of titanium dioxide dust. Complete SDS safety document can be provided upon customer request.
