CR-510 Chloride Process Rutile Titanium Dioxide with Zr-Al Coating for Ultra-high Brightness and Excellent Dispersibility

CR-510 is a versatile chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide with Zr-Al composite inorganic coating and special organic treatment. It features narrow & uniform particle size distribution (0.25~0.35μm), cool bluish undertone, ultra-high dry brightness, excellent dispersibility in both solvent and water-based systems, outstanding hiding power and long-term outdoor weather resistance. As a universal multi-scenario pigment, it can simultaneously satisfy production demands of coatings, printing inks, plastics, masterbatch and papermaking industries, effectively reducing raw material inventory categories and costs for customers.

1. Ultra-high rutile crystal content up to 99.9%~100%, powerful UV shielding capacity, anti-chalking and anti-fading for exterior products.
2. Dual high brightness (wet L*≥98.0, dry L*≥99.0), soft blue undertone, pure bright white finish for high-gloss white & light-colored finished goods.
3. Balanced oil absorption (17~18g/100g), good pigment loading capacity, stable grinding viscosity without excessive viscosity rise.
4. Ultra-low 45μm sieve residue (<0.01%), eliminate surface speckles, pinholes and grain defects on coating film, ink layer and plastic parts.
5. High aqueous extract resistivity ≥100Ω·m, stable pH range 6.5~8.5, compatible with various resins, fillers and additives without flocculation.
6. Low volatile matter and water-soluble substances, stable processing performance under high-temperature & high-humidity production environment.

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor warehouse; place pallets or plastic sheets under bags to isolate from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, rain and high-temperature heat sources. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Implement first-in first-out inventory management, shelf life 5 years under proper storage.

This product is non-toxic. Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, mixing and grinding to avoid long-term inhalation of titanium dioxide dust. If powder splashes into eyes, continuously flush eyes with plenty of clean water; thoroughly wash contaminated skin with soap and running water. Complete SDS safety data sheet can be provided upon customer request.

All listed technical data include standard control limits and actual batch test values from Certificate of Analysis (COA), which are typical reference values only, not legally binding acceptance standards. Formal product quality acceptance criteria shall subject to official factory COA issued by CITIC Titanium. Actual application performance will be affected by formulation ratio, processing equipment and storage environment. Small batch trial test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify product adaptability to your production system.
