R868 is high-performance sulfate-process rutile titanium dioxide with Zr-Al inorganic coating and exclusive organic treatment. It features narrow and uniform particle size distribution (0.22–0.28μm), outstanding powder fluidity, ultra-high gloss, excellent whiteness, strong tinting strength and superior hiding power. The pigment achieves fast wetting and dispersion in both solvent and water-based coating systems, specially developed for high-grade industrial coating production, also compatible with plastic, ink and papermaking industries.

2. High gloss & pure white tone, deliver smooth mirror-like film surface for high-gloss decorative and industrial coatings.
3. Zr-Al dense inorganic coating, good UV shielding and weather resistance, suitable for exterior coating projects.
4. Low oil absorption ≤19g/100g, high pigment loading capacity, effectively reduce formula viscosity and shorten grinding cycle.
5. High aqueous extract resistivity ≥100Ω·m, stable pH range 7.0–8.8, compatible with various resins, fillers and additives without flocculation.
6. Ultra-low 45μm sieve residue ≤0.03%, eliminate speckles and pinholes on coating film surface.

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor warehouse; use pallets to isolate goods from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, rain and high-temperature heat sources. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Follow first-in first-out inventory management principle.

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, mixing and grinding to avoid long-term inhalation of titanium dioxide dust. If powder splashes into eyes, continuously flush eyes with plenty of clean water; thoroughly wash contaminated skin with soap and running water. Complete SDS safety data sheet can be provided upon customer request.
