BLUESTAR Jinan Yuxing R838 Sulfate Process Rutile Titanium Dioxide with Narrow Uniform Particle Size and Excellent Water-Based Dispersibility

R838 is universal sulfate-process rutile titanium dioxide with Si-Al inorganic coating and organic post-treatment. It features narrow uniform particle size distribution of 0.22–0.28μm, soft partial blue undertone, superior whiteness, excellent optical performance and strong hiding power. With outstanding weather resistance and ultra-good water-based dispersibility, it is specially optimized for latex paint and waterborne coating systems, also widely compatible with powder coatings, printing inks and high-grade papermaking industries.

2. Silicon-aluminum composite coating design, excellent compatibility with latex emulsion, low flocculation risk in water-based formulas.
3. Great long-term weather resistance, effective anti-chalking and anti-fading for exterior waterborne wall coatings.
4. Excellent dual-system dispersibility, fast wetting and grinding in both water and solvent systems, shorten production cycle.
5. High aqueous extract resistivity ≥100Ω·m, stable suspension pH 6.5–8.5, match various water-based additives.
6. Low 45μm sieve residue ≤0.03%, reduce surface speckles and grain defects of coating, ink and coated paper.

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor warehouse; use pallets to isolate goods from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, rain and high-temperature heat sources. Seal packaging tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Follow first-in first-out inventory management principle.

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, mixing and grinding to avoid long-term inhalation of titanium dioxide dust. If powder splashes into eyes, continuously flush eyes with plenty of clean water; thoroughly wash contaminated skin with soap and running water. Complete SDS safety data sheet can be provided upon customer request.
