P-450 Paste PVC Resin with Low Standard Paste Viscosity ≤7000 mPa·s Ultra-Low Impurity Particles ≤20 pcs and Low 24h Thickening Rate ≤100%

P-450 is seeded emulsion polyvinyl chloride paste resin with average polymerization degree 900–1100. It features moderate low standard paste viscosity, excellent foaming performance, outstanding high-speed coating adaptability and high filler loading capacity. The resin delivers stable paste viscosity with low 24h thickening rate, low impurity particles, low residual vinyl chloride monomer, good thermal whiteness and smooth scraper fineness. It is the ideal raw material for foamed wallpaper, artificial leather and sports floor paste processing systems.

1. Low-molecular structure, Brookfield viscosity ≤7000 mPa·s, easy blending with plasticizers for low-viscosity uniform paste.
2. Excellent foaming property, stable foaming layer for wallpaper and foam artificial leather, uniform pore structure.
3. Low paste thickening rate ≤100% within 24h, long service life of prepared paste without sharp viscosity surge.
4. Ultra-low impurity particles ≤20 pcs, eliminate surface spots and defects on finished leather and wallpaper products.
5. Low volatile matter & alcohol extract content, minimal bubble generation during high-temperature baking molding.
6. Extremely low residual VCM ≤5μg/g, meets environmental safety requirements for interior decorative materials.
7. Good thermal whiteness ≥80% (160℃,10min), no yellowing after high-temperature processing.

Store in dry, cool and ventilated indoor warehouse, separate batches to avoid cross-contamination. Place pallets under packages to isolate from damp ground. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources and oxidizing chemicals. Seal bags tightly after opening to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Handle gently during transit, avoid rain soaking and package damage.

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding and mixing to avoid long-term inhalation of PVC dust. In case of eye contact, flush continuously with plenty of clean water; wash contaminated skin thoroughly with soap and running water. Complete SDS safety document can be provided upon customer request. Avoid open flame and high temperature during processing, match with suitable heat stabilizers to prevent decomposition.

All listed technical data are typical reference values only, not legally binding acceptance standards. Formal acceptance criteria shall subject to official factory Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Actual processing performance will be affected by plasticizer formula, mixing equipment, storage temperature and standing time of paste. Small batch trial test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify formula adaptability.
