SG5 Suspension PVC Resin with Medium Molecular Weight K66-68 Low Volatile Matter ≤0.4% and Ultra-Low Residual VCM ≤10 mg/kg

SG5 is medium-viscosity suspension-process PVC resin with K value 66–68 and viscosity number 107–118 mL/g. It features reasonable apparent density, narrow particle size distribution, few impurity particles and fisheyes, low volatile matter and ultra-low residual vinyl chloride monomer (VCM). The product has stable thermal processing performance, good plasticizer absorption and excellent compatibility with various stabilizers, fillers and additives. It is the universal base resin for rigid PVC extrusion and injection molding products, widely used in construction, plastic profile and pipe manufacturing industries.

1. Medium molecular weight matching K66–68, balanced melt fluidity, suitable for high-speed extrusion of rigid PVC profiles and pipes.
2. High apparent density ≥0.42 g/mL, good powder flowability, stable automatic feeding during compounding production.
3. Low impurity particles ≤30 pcs and fisheyes ≤40 pcs/400cm², eliminate surface speckles and pinholes on finished hard plastic products.
4. Total volatile matter (moisture included) ≤0.40%, no bubble defects during high-temperature molding and extrusion.
5. Ultra-low residual VCM ≤10 mg/kg, meet domestic and international environmental safety standards for building plastic materials.
6. Stable chemical inertness under normal temperature; no deliquescence under dry storage, long-term color retention without easy yellowing.

Store indoors in dry, cool and well-ventilated warehouse; place pallets under packages to isolate from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, high-temperature heat sources and humid environment to prevent agglomeration and yellowing. Seal bags tightly after opening, implement first-in first-out inventory management. Avoid long-term open-air exposure.

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, mixing and compounding to avoid inhalation of PVC dust.

• Eye contact: Rinse eyes continuously with plenty of clean water with eyelids open, consult an ophthalmologist if irritation persists.
• Skin contact: Wash contaminated skin thoroughly with plenty of running water.
• Inhalation: Move exposed personnel to fresh air immediately; provide oxygen or artificial respiration if breathing difficulty occurs.

• Fire fighting: The product is non-flammable; use any conventional extinguishing medium. Wear full protective gear and self-contained breathing apparatus when fighting fire.
• Spill handling: Collect powder mechanically to reduce dust generation; rinse residual powder with large amounts of clean water.

1. Stable under normal temperature and pressure; avoid high temperature, long-term open-air exposure (will decompose and turn yellow).
2. Low skin irritation, only mild respiratory tract irritation from dust inhalation; no confirmed long-term health hazards under standard industrial operation.
3. Complete MSDS safety document can be provided upon customer request.

All listed technical data are factory standard control values for reference only, not legally binding acceptance criteria. Formal product quality inspection judgment shall subject to official factory Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Actual processing performance will be affected by stabilizer formula, processing temperature and storage environment. Small batch trial test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify product adaptability to your rigid PVC production system.
