SG-3 Suspension PVC Resin with High Molecular Weight Ultra-Low Impurity Particles and High Porosity

SG-3 is a high-molecular-weight suspension PVC resin with K value 70-72, produced by calcium carbide suspension polymerization process. It features high porosity and excellent plasticizer absorption capacity, high apparent density, ultra-low impurity particles and fisheyes, minimal volatile matter, ultra-low residual VCM monomer, and outstanding thermal stability & high-temperature whiteness. Its long molecular chain endows finished soft PVC products with superior tensile strength, elasticity, wear resistance and electrical insulation performance, specially designed for high-grade soft PVC calendering, extrusion and injection molding products.

• High molecular weight (K70-72), excellent mechanical strength, good tensile & tear resistance for flexible PVC films, leather and cable insulation
• High porosity with plasticizer absorption ≥17g/100g PVC, fast uniform plasticizer uptake, no dry spots during mixing and calendering
• Ultra-low impurity particles ≤4 pcs/900cm² and fisheyes ≤5 pcs/400cm², completely eliminate surface speckles and pinholes on film and leather surfaces
• High apparent density ≥0.45g/mL, stable powder fluidity, smooth automatic feeding during compounding production
• Total volatile & moisture content only 0.10%, no bubble defects during high-temperature calendering and extrusion processing
• Residual vinyl chloride monomer ≤1mg/kg, meets international food-contact and environmental safety standards
• Excellent thermal stability with whiteness ≥75 (160℃,10min), no yellowing after long-time high-temperature processing

• Optional bulk package: 500kg / 1000kg PP woven flexible ton jumbo bags, customized packaging available per customer demand

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor warehouse; place pallets under packages to isolate from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, high-temperature heat sources and humid environment to prevent powder agglomeration and thermal yellowing. Seal packaging tightly after opening, implement first-in first-out inventory management principle.

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, mixing and calendering processing to avoid inhalation of PVC dust.

• Eye contact: Rinse eyes continuously with plenty of clean water with eyelids fully opened, consult ophthalmologist if irritation persists
• Skin contact: Thoroughly wash contaminated skin with running water and soap
• Inhalation: Move exposed personnel to fresh air immediately; provide artificial respiration or oxygen if breathing difficulty occurs

The product is non-flammable; all conventional fire extinguishing media are applicable. Wear full protective gear and self-contained breathing apparatus when handling fire. Collect spilled powder mechanically to reduce dust generation, flush residual powder with large volume of clean water.

All technical data listed above include national superior grade standard limits and actual batch inspection results from official Certificate of Analysis (COA). All test items of this batch fully meet superior grade requirements of GB/T 5761-2006 and GB/T 4803-94. The data are typical reference values only, not legally binding acceptance standards. Actual processing performance will be affected by plasticizer formula, processing temperature and storage environment. Small batch trial test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify product adaptability to your soft PVC production system.
