1. Product Introduction

LF-71G is high-molecular-weight PVC paste resin produced by mature emulsion polymerization process. With precisely controlled particle size distribution, it combines high polymerization degree and low standard plastisol viscosity, showing excellent plasticizer absorption, outstanding film-forming performance and stable dipping processing suitability. It has ultra-low residual vinyl chloride monomer, low alcohol extract content and few impurity particles, which fully meets hygienic and medical grade requirements. After dipping & high-temperature gelation, the finished gloves feature excellent tensile strength, good elasticity, uniform transparency and smooth surface without pinholes or speckles, ideal raw material for medical inspection gloves, food handling gloves and industrial protective gloves.

  1. High average polymerization degree 1700±100, endows finished gloves with superior tensile strength, elongation and puncture resistance, durable for long-time wearing.
  2. Low B-type plastisol viscosity (3500±1500 mPa·s), easy to adjust dipping formula, stable dipping fluidity without thickening during continuous production.
  3. Ultra-low impurity particles ≤20 pcs, eliminate surface spots, black dots and pinhole defects on glove surface.
  4. Volatile matter ≤0.40%, effectively avoid bubble generation during high-temperature curing of dipping gloves.
  5. 49μm mesh passing rate ≥99%, ultra-fine powder for uniform plastisol mixing and smooth glove surface.
  6. Ultra-low residual VCM ≤5.0 μg/g, meets medical food contact environmental safety standards, low irritation to human skin.
  7. Low alcohol extract ≤4.0%, less precipitates after curing, no grease precipitation on glove surface.

6. Storage, Transportation & Operation Safety Guidance
Storage Requirements

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor warehouse; place pallets under packages to isolate from damp ground. Keep away from direct sunlight, high-temperature heat sources and humid environment to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Seal bags tightly after opening, implement first-in first-out inventory management principle. Avoid long-term open-air exposure to prevent thermal yellowing.

Operation Safety

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, plastisol mixing and dipping processing to avoid inhalation of PVC dust.

  • Eye contact: Rinse eyes continuously with plenty of clean water with eyelids fully opened, consult ophthalmologist if irritation persists.
  • Skin contact: Thoroughly wash contaminated skin with running water and soap.
  • Inhalation: Move exposed personnel to fresh air immediately; provide artificial respiration or oxygen if breathing difficulty occurs.
Fire & Spill Treatment

The product is non-flammable; all conventional fire extinguishing media are applicable. Wear full protective gear and self-contained breathing apparatus when handling fire. Collect spilled powder mechanically to reduce dust generation, flush residual powder with large volume of clean water. Complete SDS safety document can be provided upon customer request.

7. Quality Statement

All listed technical data are factory standard control values complying with GB/T 15592-2008, typical reference values only and not legally binding acceptance standards. Formal product quality judgment shall subject to official factory Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Actual plastisol viscosity, dipping stability and glove surface quality will be affected by plasticizer type, stabilizer formula, mixing process and plastisol standing time. Small batch trial test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify product adaptability to your glove dipping production line.
