LF-51L Medium Molecular PVC Paste Resin with Medium Polymerization Degree 1300±100, Low Plastisol Viscosity 4500±2000 mPa·s, and Ultra-Low Impurity Particles ≤20 pcs

LF-51L is medium-molecular-weight micro-suspension PVC paste resin with optimized particle grading design. It features low standard plastisol viscosity, minimal viscosity change during long-term storage, excellent air release performance, outstanding foaming cell structure, superior thermal stability and fast gelation speed. The resin has low impurity particles, ultra-fine powder passing rate and low volatile content, effectively avoiding pinholes, bubbles and speckles on finished products. It matches foaming coating, scraping coating and casting processing perfectly, widely applied for industrial conveyor belts, slush molding toys, clothing leather, automotive interior leather, floor leather, tarpaulin, bottle cap gaskets and steel wire surface coating.

2. Low paste thickening rate ≤100% within 24 hours, stable plastisol viscosity after long-time standing, long service life of mixed paste.
3. Excellent air release property, thoroughly eliminate tiny bubbles inside coating layer to avoid pinhole defects.
4. Superior foaming performance, forms uniform, delicate and stable micropore structure after foaming, soft and elastic foamed leather & floor products.

9. Residual VCM ≤10.0 μg/g, meets environmental safety requirements for decorative and industrial plastic products.

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor warehouse; place pallets under packages to isolate from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, high-temperature heat sources and humid environment to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Seal bags tightly after opening, implement first-in first-out inventory management principle. Avoid long-term open-air exposure to prevent thermal yellowing.

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, plastisol mixing and coating processing to avoid inhalation of PVC dust.

• Eye contact: Rinse eyes continuously with plenty of clean water with eyelids fully opened, consult ophthalmologist if irritation persists.
• Skin contact: Thoroughly wash contaminated skin with running water and soap.
• Inhalation: Move exposed personnel to fresh air immediately; provide artificial respiration or oxygen if breathing difficulty occurs.

The product is non-flammable; all conventional fire extinguishing media are applicable. Wear full protective gear and self-contained breathing apparatus when handling fire. Collect spilled powder mechanically to reduce dust generation, flush residual powder with large volume of clean water. Complete SDS safety document can be provided upon customer request.

All listed technical data are factory standard control values complying with GB/T 15592-2008, typical reference values only and not legally binding acceptance standards. Formal product quality judgment shall subject to official factory Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Actual plastisol viscosity, foaming effect and coating smoothness will be affected by plasticizer formula, filler dosage, mixing process and plastisol standing time. Small batch trial test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify product adaptability to your foaming leather and conveyor belt production system.
