MP-130L Micro-suspension PVC Paste Resin with Ultra-low Plastisol Viscosity, Few Impurity Particles, and High Thermal Whiteness

MP-130L is medium molecular weight micro-suspension PVC paste resin independently developed and produced by Tianjin Bohua Chemical. It adopts advanced seeded micro-suspension polymerization process with precisely controlled particle size distribution. The product features ultra-low standard plastisol viscosity, extremely low 24h paste thickening rate, few impurity particles, low volatile matter, ultra-fine scraper fineness, high thermal whiteness and ultra-low residual VCM monomer. The prepared plastisol has excellent storage stability, outstanding defoaming property and uniform coating smoothness, compatible with foaming leather, floor covering, wallpaper, dipping toys, conveyor belts and various scraping coating production lines.

1. Medium polymerization degree 1200~1400, actual batch DP 1342, balanced mechanical strength and processing fluidity for foaming and non-foaming products.
2. Ultra-low B-type plastisol viscosity <4000 mPa·s (Test formula: PVC 100phr + DINP 60phr, Spindle No.4, 50rpm, 30℃), high filler loading capacity, easy coating operation.
3. Ultra-low impurity particles only 4 pcs, completely eliminate surface speckles, black spots and pinhole defects of finished leather and coated products.
4. Low volatile matter 0.31%, effectively avoid bubble blistering during high-temperature gelation and foaming curing.
5. Excellent powder grading performance: 250μm sieve residue <0.1%, 63μm sieve residue <0.1%, uniform fine powder for smooth scraping coating.
6. Super stable plastisol with 24h thickening rate only 6%, almost no viscosity rise after long standing, long service life of mixed paste.
7. High thermal whiteness 83 (160℃, 10min), excellent initial color retention, no yellowing for light-colored decorative products.
8. Ultra-fine scraper fineness 35μm, coating film surface delicate and smooth without coarse grain texture.
9. Residual vinyl chloride monomer only 4μg/g, far below standard limit ≤5μg/g, meets environmental safety standards for indoor decorative and daily consumer goods.
10. Mild water extract pH 5.6, wide compatibility with calcium-zinc, barium-zinc and other environmental stabilizers without flocculation.

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool and well-ventilated indoor warehouse; place pallets under packages to isolate from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, high-temperature heat sources and humid environment to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Seal bags tightly after opening, implement first-in first-out inventory management principle. Avoid long-term open-air exposure to prevent thermal yellowing.

Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves and safety goggles during feeding, plastisol mixing and coating processing to avoid inhalation of PVC dust.

• Eye contact: Rinse eyes continuously with plenty of clean water with eyelids fully opened, consult ophthalmologist if irritation persists.
• Skin contact: Thoroughly wash contaminated skin with running water and soap.
• Inhalation: Move exposed personnel to fresh air immediately; provide artificial respiration or oxygen if breathing difficulty occurs.

The product is non-flammable; all conventional fire extinguishing media are applicable. Wear full protective gear and self-contained breathing apparatus when handling fire. Collect spilled powder mechanically to reduce dust generation, flush residual powder with large volume of clean water. Complete SDS safety document can be provided upon customer request.

All listed technical indicators are formulated in accordance with enterprise standard Q/12HG 7009—2025, and the actual test data of batch No.2645070 fully meet qualified requirements. All data are typical reference values only, not legally binding acceptance standards. Formal product quality acceptance shall subject to the official factory Certificate of Analysis (CoA) issued by Tianjin Bohua Chemical. Actual plastisol viscosity, coating smoothness and foaming performance will be affected by plasticizer type, filler dosage, mixing process and plastisol standing time. Small batch trial test before mass production is strongly recommended to verify product adaptability to your production system.
