MP-130L is a medium molecular weight micro-suspension PVC paste resin independently developed and produced by Tianjin Bohua Chemical. Utilizing advanced seeded micro-suspension polymerization with precisely controlled particle size distribution, this product features ultra-low standard plastisol viscosity, minimal 24h paste thickening rate, few impurity particles, low volatile matter, ultra-fine scraper fineness, high thermal whiteness, and ultra-low residual VCM monomer. The prepared plastisol offers excellent storage stability, outstanding defoaming properties, and uniform coating smoothness, making it compatible with foaming leather, floor covering, wallpaper, dipping toys, conveyor belts, and various scraping coating production lines.

Store classified by batch number in dry, cool, well-ventilated indoor warehouse. Use pallets to isolate packages from damp ground. Avoid direct sunlight, high-temperature heat sources, and humid environments to prevent moisture absorption and powder agglomeration. Seal bags tightly after opening and implement first-in first-out inventory management. Avoid long-term open-air exposure to prevent thermal yellowing.
Wear dust-proof respirator, rubber protective gloves, and safety goggles during processing operations.
Product is non-flammable; all conventional fire extinguishing media are applicable. Wear full protective gear and self-contained breathing apparatus when handling fires. Collect spilled powder mechanically to reduce dust generation and flush residual powder with clean water. Complete SDS safety document available upon request.
